Description

• Achieving the project objectives with respect to its agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality
• Reviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditions
• Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance and the law
• Creating the work break down structure, define and sequence the activities
• Estimating resource requirements incl. duration and developing the master schedule
• Acquiring the project team through Resourcing departments, optimal for the given scope of work
• Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
• Establishing communication to project team and customer on a regular base
• Identifying and analyzing project risks, monitor and control those risks
• Monitoring and controlling project work, schedule and budget
• Managing project invoicing and cash flow
• Identifying and managing changes during project execution
• Approving final project deliverables
• Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities
• Administering the contract and closing the project
• Ensuring completeness of project documentation
• What you will bring
  
  • Education - Bachelors Degree - preferred fields include, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering
  • Capabilities - Excellent verbal and written English skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite products; highly proficient in working in digital document environments; highly proficient keyboard skills with low error rate; experience in a professional office environment; highly proficient in proof-reading and editing.
